Regular reflection

Ending activities or lessons with self-reflection is a powerful tool for children's growth, as it encourages them to think critically about their experiences and learn from them. When children take time to reflect on what they’ve learned, how they felt, and what they might do differently in the future, they develop a deeper understanding of their strengths and areas for improvement.
